Blue grunge texture

A few suggestions: This can be used for a sky background if you use the Gaussian Blur tool in photoshop and use maybe 4-8 pixels or so for the blur radius. Can also be used as a portrait background if the original picture background is distracting, stronger effect if you change the hue to match as well.

This was made entirely in photoshop using various grunge brushes from a blank canvas, I took the time to make this so please take the time to credit back
